Dr. Shiloh Williams is an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at San Diego State University – Imperial Valley. She is a licensed registered nurse with a strong background in health education development and health literacy, particularly in Hispanic and Spanish-speaking populations. She also serves as a rural health advocate and community leader focused on improving the health of individuals who reside in rural and low-resourced communities. Apart from teaching and research, Dr. Williams enjoys traveling with her husband and three children, supporting her children’s extracurricular activities, and caring for the animals who live on their ranch.

Dr. Anna Dornisch is a current Radiation Oncology resident at UC San Diego with clinical interests in survivorship care. She began working in Dr. Su’s lab during a dedicated research year between her third and fourth year of medical school at UCSD. She also received a master’s degree in clinical research in 2020. In her leisure time, she enjoys horseback riding, reading, hiking, and traveling.

Dr. Emily Yang, is an OBGYN resident at UC San Diego. She received her MD from UC San Diego after graduating from Dartmouth College in 2018 with a degree in Biology and Anthropology. She has been working in the area of cancer survivorship for two years. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, baking, and spending time with family.

Dr. Laura Nerb is an Anesthesiology resident at UC San Francisco. She received her MD from UC San Diego, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology in 2019. Her academic interests include Anesthesiology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, and LGBT health disparities. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, playing board games, and cooking.

Dr. Sally Romero is an Assistant Project Scientist in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at UC San Diego. She is a health behavior scientist with research interests in reproductive health, cancer survivorship care, and integrative oncology. She conducts patient-oriented reproductive health research focused on the implementation and delivery of evidence-based practices and reproductive healthcare policy. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family, Padres baseball games, San Diego Wave soccer games, barre3 workouts, reading fiction, and Broadway shows.

Dr. Irene Su is the lead investigator. She is a Professor in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at UC San Diego, where she directs the fertility preservation program. She is a reproductive endocrinologist with clinical interests in infertility, reproductive aging, fertility preservation and survivorship care. In addition to her clinical activities, Dr. Su is a reproductive epidemiologist whose primary research focus is on reproductive health after cancer diagnosis and treatment. Outside of her clinical and research practice, Dr. Su enjoys finding good eats, reading novels, spending time with her family, and traveling home to Taiwan.
